All orders ship within ten working days of order receipt. Customers will be notified of backordered items. Express delivery or insurance available upon request and is subject to additional cost.
All returns must be approved by The Whimsical Workshop. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Please notify The Whimscial Workshop of any damaged or missing product within 7 days of receipt.
